Parish Annual Financial Report submissions are due to the Diocese no later than August 31 for the prior fiscal year and must include end-of-year Statements of Financial Position/Balance Sheets and Statements of Revenue & Expense/Income Statements with each individual submission.
Please note that all parishes and missions are required to submit Parish Annual Financial Reports online, effective July 1, 2018. Those unable to complete the PAFR form online (due to significant internet connectivity issues) must contact Irene McCauley at [email protected] or 1 (800) 562-9745, Ext. 135 for alternate means of submission.
PLEASE NOTE - there are NOT individual links for each parish for 2024. Click on the general link below and select your parish, it will create your link specific to your parish when you click SAVE or SUBMIT. You will receive an email and can go back in and make changes after you've clicked either Save or Submit.
Please also note that the PAFR save feature relies on browser cookies, rather than unique URLS. For bookkeepers completing reports for multiple parishes, we recommend using a different browser for each parish submission (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Opera).
