150th Anniversary Commemoration of 
Venerable Bishop Fredric Baraga's Death

World Premiere: They Might Be Saints: Bishop Frederic Baraga from EWTN will be airing on:
Saturday, April 20th, 2018 at 10:30PM EST
Sunday, April 21st, 2018 at 9:00AM EST

The 150th Anniversary of the death of Venerable Bishop Fredric Baraga. The event was to “Celebrate his Life and commemorate his death.”  

This event started on Friday January 19, 2018.  It began with the Solemn Mass for the Dead followed by the World Premiere: They Might Be Saints: Bishop Frederic Baraga from EWTN. Michael O'Neill presented on the Miracle Hunter.  

Michael O'Neill, a graduate of Stanford University, is a Relevant Radio host, author, and creator of the website MiracleHunter.com. O’Neill served as the expert commentator during the 2010 live broadcast of the first Marian apparition approval in history at Champion, WI and EWTN’s Coverage at the 100th Anniversary Mass of Our Lady of Fatima. He is the host of the weekly Relevant Radio program “The Miracle Hunter” and a frequent contributor to The Drew Mariani Show. He is the creator and host of the new EWTN docu-series “They Might Be Saints” about the lives of future saints and the search for canonization miracles.

Saturday January 20, 2018 was packed full of events for people of all ages.  Morning events included: a presentation, snow showing, Native American Drum Circle and flute, Cathedral tours, Prayer/Rosary, Private veneration of the Baraga stole, confessions, & Interactive Family Activities for all ages. In the afternoon, Bishop Baraga’s First Pastoral Letter was presented.
